Human resource management practices in Nepalese organizations: Some observations

HRM practices aim to increase employee effectiveness in an organization. They care about the organization's people resources and work grow maintain their top-notch initiatives a challenging constantly shifting environment. That is why organizations need concentrate on effective practices. With this regard, paper aims explore some observations of Nepalese using desk research, specific real-world examples, various studies. It considers corporate planning objectives, human resource planning, recruitment, selection placement, training development, performance management, pay benefits, job design, relations as key that are employed context Nepal.
